「Excellent stay, wonderful to have lots of space, clean and functional. Washing machine is a bonus. Apartment is warm.」

「Really enjoyed the apartment and the location. Well appointed apartment with everything we needed. Great to be able to walk to the station and to Eastland for shopping and dining.」

「Property was in great location and had great amenities. Parking was a bit difficult to locate upon arrival. Linen needs to be upgraded. Throw blanket on couch was stained. 」

「Check in service was very poor. There is no staff on counter. I called the apartment few days ago to tell them my exact check in time. I had to wait for 45 minutes outside the building before tenants of other rooms offered help to call owner of the apartment. They could have told me to self pick up keys by letting me know the password with an email before hand. Very poor!」

「The property was clean and private. It was also conveniently located. The only down side was the noise factor. The walls need soundproofing as you can hear doors opening, doors slamming shut and people speaking or watching TV from adjoining apartments. Other than that I did enjoy my stay.」

「key provide is not working and need me to go to the lobby to ask for help to open the garage gate and the house door for me! No response from the house owner!!!! Kitchen utilities are dirty, lack of dish cleaning liquid, body wash lotion, and washing machine powder! I need to buy all these things there. Door of the wardrobe dropped down itself in one of the room! No where you can hang your clothes after they are washed.」
