「All Accor messed up my booking and I have a hard time to check into the hotel. I have to check in and out for 2 times during the 3 days stay. Usually my stay used to be very good. This time, the phone and the hair dryer are not working in my room. The package I got with breakfast included was not showed in the hotel reservation. In general, the All Accor booking system made this stay a bad one.」

「Terrible service, noisy surroundings.** There were car horns and constant mechanical noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. The accommodation conditions were very poor and we couldn’t get any rest. This was by far our worst stay ever. The hotel refused to offer any compensation or adjustment, and didn’t allow us to check out early...
