"Our room was fine, however, the doorknob for the bathroom was loose, the bathtub had a dark ring around the bottom and the ac didn't keep the room cool. We had to set it at 66. The beds were too firm for us and the blanket had a stain on it. The pool light was floating in the pool and there were no pool towels available outside. Other than that, it was fine. Don't think we will be staying at this location again though. First time we have not had an overall great stay at this hotel chain."

"We had such high expectations for our stay. The place looked great online and the location and price were great. I specifically asked for a pack and play three times and my requests were seemingly unnoticed. No one ever replied to my requests. When I checked in I mentioned to the gal at the front desk that I was needing a crib or a pack and play and she said that she hoped there would be too but didn’t see it in the notes and the housekeepers were gone for the day. I had a bad feeling but we went to our house. There was no pack and play. This was an huge safety issue for the infant we had with us. We were promised one the second night and did not get that And the house was definitely not clean. We found false eyelashes on the mattress of the bottom bunk. My daughter stepped on a Hello Kitty earring in the upstairs bedroom, my other daughter stepped on a Barbie shoe in the bunk room. Both of these are health hazards for the toddler and baby we had with us. If one of them would have found them and swallowed them. It would’ve been an emergency room trip.. We found black hair laying in a clump on the floor in the primary bathroom. And there was black curly hair coming out of the drain in the other bathroom upstairs while a five year-old was taking a bath. It was disgusting. The cleaning crew is not doing a great job. The kitchen was clean and orderly which we appreciated. We loved the location and the pool was fun for all. The layout was great and we loved the neighborhood."

"Dirty sticky floor, old sticky furniture, damp and musty sheets, no coffee, no kleenex, no hand towels. We were misled by Expedia ratings and comments. Very old delapidated inn with beautifully updated lobby which is the picture shown. Yes, It was under $100 dollars but I would have paid more if the ratings were truthful. Would not recommend it at all. Go next door to JCInn"
