「Pop machine was empty they put us in a handicap room witch was not requested the tv was screwed into the hutch like some redneck put it there the front desk people where on video chat the whole time we was there」

「We were given a room as far away from the lobby as one can get. Not sure why because it was not booked full. It was a long walk. Parking is far away. Not convenient at all. Golf was great which is why we booked a room here. Room was clean but wish there were more electrical outlets. Older resorts always lack enough outlets.」

「Got to the hotel at 11pm. Tired from the day. We needed to shower and there was a lot of hair in the shower. It was gross. I took pictures and went to the desk. She said the manager wasn't there and would talk to me about it in the morning. We cleaned the tub to take a bath and the tub wouldnt fill. The stopper was broke. I informed them of this as well. 「Don't stay here if you need an elevator. We didn't realize it and we had to lug our suitcases up the steps to the second floor. Everything was just mediocre.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn. It is a very clean and comfortable hotel, dog friendly..Close to the State parks and anything you might need...We're definitely going to stay there again.」

「Very motivated staff.i left a tip for the maid. The maid left a note saying she didn’t know if it was if she was supposed to take it and if I wanted it back to let the desk know. I thought that was nice if not strange. Is it unusual to leave tips?」

「Every time we left the room and tried to get back in, our cards did not work. Had to go to the lobby. The bathrooms in this place are horrific. Dirty, items falling off the floor grout is black. Dirt everywhere. Filthy. Walls in the hallways, doors, we're full of dirt, never been cleaned. Never, again will we stay here. Shower was disgusting. Shower curtain smelled so bad, you couldn't believe it.」

「Paid decent amount of money to stay here. place needs major updates. Pool was closed the whole time and they didn’t say anything about that before you reserve the room. “ One of the main” reasons I rented the place for the pool for my kids. That was a big disappointment. Probably won’t be back.」
