「Check in was quick and easy, room was spacious and clean, hot tub was perfect.... Perfect location also for easy in/out of Pentwater activities.」

「Our room was clean and comfortable and provided a nice stay with our dog for a reasonable fee. It is partially renovated and shows signs of some diy amateurism. A bit of peeling paint around the shower and a creaky, wobbly table are a bit disappointing because both are fairly easy to fix. At 9:00am the breakfast offerings of waffles, cereal and muffins were a bit sparse. The coffee was okay.」

「Our stay at Dunes express Inn and Suites was so-so. The cleanliness was poor. We had cob webs in the room,room smelled and carpet was filthy. The shower rod was broken so shower curtain could not hang properly. Our grandkids were first to complain about oder in the room. If I could have found another place to stay we would have. 「Nice brand-new hotel that had only been open for about a month. That being said, breakfast was a bust. I won't get into details because there are always "bugs" to work out with new staff. However, I travel with 4-6 hotel stays per year and this was probably the worst breakfast I've had. Other than that, my wife and I were very happy with the room, bed, pillows, bathroom, cleanliness and location.」

「McKayla at the front desk was wonderful! While the maids didn’t end up coming into our room, McKayla was always there to give us what we needed. The vending machines didn’t have any diet soda, the only option was out. But that’s not that big of a deal. The rooms will have sand in them, you are on the beach!
