"This hotel is in a beautiful spot and could be a top notch hotel, but there are not enough staff to manage this place, The service was sorely lacking and the hotel seemed deserted. We had paid for early check-in, but when we arrived by 1pm, were told no rooms were available. At 4pm, we had to continuously check if our room was ready. We had ordered a bottle of wine and a bucket of beer to be delivered to the room. Neither showed up and when we checked out, all of these charges were on our bill. The front desk did not apologize for any of this, they just removed the charges, There should be a full staff in order for this hotel to run properly. "

"This is not a resort. It’s a motel. With bed bugs at that. Had to leave in the middle of the night and front desk didn’t even bat an eye when we told them about the bed bugs so they clearly know it’s an issue. Save yourself the headache and find another place to stay. "

"The rooms were clean. The pool was packed and could not find a spot. Hot tub was not cleaned well. Gym was just ok. "

"The property and villa was absolutely amazing! Hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Some of the restaurant staff at the main lodge were a little overwhelmed, but the staff and the food at the other restaurants were wonderful. "

"All staff, no matter what area they worked in, were super friendly and helpful. The property was so well maintained - beautiful! Easy to walk to many Old Town locations, or the valets were gracious enough to call for a golf cart. Lounging by the pool was the most relaxing fun we've had in a long time. Great music, people (guests) were friendly, and the staff - top notch making sure all of our needs were taken care of. This was the best hotel experience we've had in a long time! Definitely making future visits!"

"Room was clean, well appointed and pretty quiet. The resort was beautiful, though still undergoing some reno. The property is older but they have done a good job giving it a fresh feel. Pools are beautiful. Location is fantastic."
