Kori was very friendly and helpful. I liked the full size fridge and kitchenette. However the toilet wasn't working in the night and there was no maintenance staff on site to fix it but we were able to move to another room which was good.

Our room was not very clean (the receptionist explained that they only clean the rooms every 14 days apart from changing the sheets and cleaning the bathroom after a check out). One evening when I got back to the hotel, the door to our room stood open, the front desk could not give any explanation for that. There were various other questionable incidences as well. I would not recommend staying here.

I loved the location - very close to shopping centre and a mall, and transport (bus) to Sawgrass mills Staff were very friendly and accommodating! The room was fine, the floor near the kitchen side was a bit dirty but other than that the room was clean.

This was 100 percent the worst hotel I have ever experienced. To say the rooms were absolutely filthy is a complete understatement!! Needless to say we called and got a refund for all 5 rooms and went somewhere else.

I absolutely love this hotel and its location. It's close to everything you need and the neighborhood is very quiet. The staff is nice and friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. I will definitely be staying here again.

This property had the most courteous staff. The room amenities except for the condition of the bathroom tub were excellent. Breakfast was basically nonexistent; there was subpar coffee, and processed muffins. The laundry area was superb. Again the room was nice and spacious and clean, except that the attempt to resurface the tub in the bathroom was a failure. The hotel was directly across from a shopping mall, and that was an extra nice perk. However, I paid for five nights. I only stayed for four and have yet to receive a reimbursement on the night I did not use.
