「Lovely Hotel 」

「What I noticed from the first moment is the impeccable cleanliness, very friendly staff. The hotel needs a renovation and I mean the rooms and the furniture in a deplorable state. The room is a 3 star, not a 4 star but the bed with excellent mattresses made up for it - I had a perfect sleep. The food is again a strong point - very varied, tasty and above all fresh. I liked that the grill and the fresh salads. Cakes and desserts a major plus, very appetising and prepared in the hotel...

「En general todo estuvo excelente, especialmente el trato del personal. El hotel es precioso, las vistas son inmejorables, está muy bien situado. Estaba todo impecable, nuevo, desde el mobiliario interior al exterior, como amacas por ejemplo. Solo mejoraría la calidad de la comida , había mucha variedad pero se echaba de menos calidad en general. Las camas un poco blandas.」

「Struttura molto carina, stanze ampie con bellissimo terrazzo, la parte della piscina è molto bella, immersa nelle palme, il personale davvero gentile e ospitale. Grazie!」

「+：客房相对宽敞，舒适整洁。夜间有娱乐活动。酒店提供直达maspalomas的班车。 -：晚餐的主菜一般，饮料需要另外收费。最后结账时发现菜单上的价格与最终价格不符，酒店解释菜单上显示的是全包食宿的价格（我们是半包）。 ？：奇怪的是，我们打了两次电话要求拖鞋，前台说马上送上来，但第三次下前台问的时候，前台却说酒店不提供拖鞋。」

「Praktisk lejlighed, lidt enkelt indrettet, men de var vi forberedt på, så det fungerede fint for os. Vandet var lunkent, og der lugtede lidt af kloak fra håndvaske, så vi “lukkede” håndvaske efter brug. Vi bad ikke om ny lejlighed, da der var fuldt booket. Venligt personale og super lækker stor balkon med vild udsigt, liggestole, stole, bord og parasol. Pool var dejlig varm og der var fin plads. Vær forberedt på mange trapper.」

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「Flott opphald og god service. Sakna kjeldesortering av søppel. Budde på toppen så det var litt langt å gå med bagasje. Ellers er vi fornøgd med opphaldet og anbefalar det. 」
