「入住时等了很久，车辆、住客都堆积在大门口，酒店大堂门口是代泊车、第一次去的话并不知情，为此等很久、一片混乱。入住后感觉员工很热情、心情稍平复」

「Property was great. Very family friendly. The beach was amount of space from the beach to the hotel was pretty vast but we didn’t mind the walk.」

「Palihouse location is amazing, middle of Hyde Park with shopping and restaurants all around. Rooms are clean and nice, very cute ambiance. However my husband didn’t enjoy the basic cable, no streaming options, ESPN or golf channel. 」

「The property just like any resort has lots of things to do and lots of entertainment, however, the property is outdated. The 2 elevators take forever to arrive (be prepared to wait 5-10 min at a time to get on the elevator). Taking the stairs down is always faster. The pools and hot tubs have cloudy water with lots of chlorine. Spending any time in the pool is tough due to the strong smell of chlorine. The rooms are also outdated. Have a super loud HVAC that will not let you sleep at night....

「Too crowded and noisy. Had use bellman to get access to luggage cart. Room was good but bathroom was needing maintenance attention, toilet paper fixture was loose, black mold on some surfaces in shower, would have appreciated a walk in shower, instead of shower curtain in a slippery tub 」

「The breakfast menu offered a nice variety of à la carte options along with a convenient buffet choice for both adults and children, which worked very well for our family. The selection made it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed. 」
