"Very clean, our ocean front suite was a great size. The staff were incredible. The food was good, even our 6 year old was able to find favorites at each meal. Older resort needing a refresh yes, but it was a fabulous stay and we would certainlynrecommend thisbresort for families. The kids clud was great. Our kido loved it and Africa, the lady who ran it was amazing. "

"Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. Children's pool was empty. Lots of toys and balls flying in pool, Screaming, splashing and totally took over pool driving adults out. I hope this gets changed, I have never seen this before and when I mentioned this to management they said that is the way it is."
