「Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. 「I didn’t love the cut-throat chair reservations at 6am, also the buffet was good but not good enough to make up for restaurant reservations to be booked out 48 hours, I did like that there were bars that stayed open late but the swimming pools closed way too early. I think they closed at like 7:00, they would try to make up for it with events that were wildly underwhelming. VERY LIMITED room service menu, it was like 5 items and a surcharge.
