「The biggest surprise was the tile floors, shower, bathroom facilities plus bedding... All new and clean!. Really all of it was impressive for a small metro motel. It's a port town, but we followed Expedia's recommendation and we're pleased we did.」

「We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was. The breakfast had sufficient choices and the area was always being cleaned. The hotel was in a convenient location and the room had everything we needed, except towels and toilet paper which we had to ask for. I would highly recommend this place for the price, convenience and cleanliness. 」

「I was not aware that they charge you 25$ a day for security deposit for your length of stay. They don’t refund it for 5-8 days. So, I paid 75$ as I was there 3 days. Had to get the manager to get our room cleaned. Unaware that they clean every other day.」

「The room was old and poorly maintained. Also the room next to ours. Was being renovated. Banging on our wall throughout both days. Very disappointed with the stay」

「Supposed to be free breakfast- made me pay @$25?at check in for the “ continental breakfast”. The “ continental breakfast “ not good. We skipped that. Room was clean but “tired” very old. Looked like new paint recently but there were bare roller marks on the wall. Some tile damage in the tub/shower. If you want the beach it’s very good. We only stayed one night and would not stay there again. 」

「What I liked: The staff was very nice and accommodating, and made a point of being friendly. I have zero complaints about the staff. They were excellent. They also had great pillows. What I didn't like: Beware, the rooms they advertise online are NOT the rooms you get. The room looked nothing like what was pictured. Neither did the "continental breakfast" they offer. They also failed to mention that they only offer basic cable TV. The room was old, the walls were stained, and the squeaky...

「Beautiful property with well-appointed, comfortable rooms—exactly what you’d expect at this price point visually. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the cost. The hotel felt understaffed, which showed in multiple ways—from incorrect orders to slow or inconsistent service. The beach experience, in particular, fell short: difficulty securing seating and lackluster food and drink service made it feel far from the elevated experience you’d expect.
