「Was a great place to stay at. I would make a couple upgrades to the place, but overall, we were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The pool was awesome, and doesn't leave any smell of chlorine on after, so I think it was salt water. It was nice having a fridge, stovetop etc.」

「Pillows are hard like rock.Dusty, Location great.」

「We’ve been coming here for years, they do a great job keeping up with the property and as of October 2026 they are “refreshing the rooms” (new carpets , furniture , fixtures) unfortunately this time, our room wasn’t ready until 6pm, finally when pressed what the hold up was, they needed to stock paper products in the room, not an excuse for holding up my check in for two hours, one of the bartenders at reflections bar seemed like she was on something (pills) overall the quality of service and...

「The stay was great! Will return」

「Beautiful」

「Truly a great stay」

「Ok」

「The staff knew us all by name. We stayed in the 3-bedroom park suite, which is probably the nicest suite I’ve ever stayed in. We’ve been guests at the other high-end hotels on Palm Beach, and I must say that White Elephant is my favorite due to the incredible, friendly service, cleanliness, and overall experience of a smaller hotel.」

「Great stay at the palm rose. Property was just renovated so rooms were very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.」

「Loved the vibe of the place- very French/New Orleans feel. Host was lovely, rooms and property were clean, and the foliage was amazing. There was parking out front for free, but there was a lot of rain so I had to walk through the mid a few times (but what can you do- it’s the tropics). I will definitely be returning! I did not have the breakfast but it looked and smelled great!」
