「We paid over $1000/night For a single king room. I asked for two extra pillows 3 days in a row and finally I received those two extra pillows. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and made it seem like they were there to help but service was slow and many times I was not even getting my room service till after 4:00 p.m. Additionally, when we arrive we were told we had all the free water we'd like and we've asked several times.
