"This is an old hotel. The room looked quaint but the bathroom did not look clean because of the old fixtures and floor. The absolute worst thing was the front desk staff. Very unfriendly. Out of 4 guys at the front desk NOT ONE of them was nice. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The ONLY thing good about this place was the location."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and true to the photos, but for some reason, it smelled like urine. Not sure if it was the cleaner that was used, maybe it contained ammonia? We asked the staff if there was an open room to switch to, but they were all booked. They did give us a bottle of febreeze, but unfortunately the smell was unpleasant and persisted. The hot water turned on quickly and stayed hot though! It was an overall okay budget stay. Based on other reviews, our experience with the smell seemed to be an anomaly. "
