「Having on suite laundry and kitchen is great, with the prices for everything on Broadway it helps cut back on spending. Was clean, the 10th floor area is great, quick walk to everything broadway, printers alley, buses etc. Staff was very nice The worst part was the noise from bikes, trash trucks etc it was very very loud, and their pillows are tiny so ask for more. Elevator can be a pain most of the time when busy」

「First of all it is not a Clarion but is now a Holiday Inn Express and Orbitz doesn’t notify you of changes like that. The neighborhood is not great didn’t feel safe to walk the .7 of a mile to Nissan Stadium. Most all of the staff was very helpful and nice, but the Housekeeping staff was rude and unhelpful. In fact they would lie to their supervisor if you asked to have your room cleaned at a later time. 」

「I would give perfect rating except we were there for CMA fest 4 days Thurs through Sunday which gets over midnight on Monday; woke up to find out breakfast for guests on Monday ended at 9:30 instead of 11:00 for weekends. 」

「The complementary shuttle that runs from 7:30 in the morning to 10:30 at night is by far the best thing about this property. Also, the general proximity to downtown of about a 5 to 10 minute ride without the high downtown hotel rates is great. The hotel itself is showing his age in numerous ways, but if you focus on those positives, it’s a good option. I would stay here again if the rates remain reasonable. 」
