「Mike at the front desk was very inviting and helpful. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere. Rooms are clean and modern. Just wish there was a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms. I ate out every meal so that wasn’t too much of an issue. I enjoyed my stay!」

「First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that...
