「Very satisfied, the staff is very friendly, I forgot to take the clothes, they helped me keep them and returned them to me. The environment is very good, there is self-service coffee and hot water every day, which is very considerate. The accommodation room is spacious and comfortable.」

「You get what you pay for. And for about $100, you can experience living in a homeless encampment - looks like 1/2 of the hotel doubles as a homeless shelter as does the hotel adjacent. Room was clean though.」

「Nice hotel. Obviously a bit old (could use a bit of a facelift), but everything about it was pleasant. Very nice courtyard and view behind the hotel (nice place to relax after a long day). Didn't golf, use the spa, or the restaurant, but what I did see of them seemed nice. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Beautiful scenery, gardens at Los Gatos Bed & Breakfast were amazing, and accommodations, breakfast, company were all excellent. Charles and Rebecca are superb hosts! I would not hesitate to return. If you considering this Los Gatos, just book it, you will so thankful you did. 」
