「ATTENZIONE ALLA TRUFFA Sulla piattaforma di Expedia non è indicato, a differenza del loro sito personale, che la piscina NON È INCLUSA. il costo è di €45 a persona per 2 ore. Ho regalato questo alloggio a due persone care, doveva essere un soggiorno rilassante ma purtroppo è stato solo un triste malinteso. Inoltre la struttura è divisa in due parti, una "moderna" molto accogliente e una antica in cui l'umidità prende il sopravvento, quindi fate bene attenzione a quello che prenotate, perché...

「Clean and modern rooms. Nice view of the water too. Good location just a few minutes walk to the tronchetto vaporetto stop, however it’s a little far out from the main city of Venice. Budget at least half an hour to get in and out. Given the size and location of the hotel, I wish it had more amenities like a gym and a pool.」

「We had a room with a kitchenette but with no any kitchen ware such as fry pan, plates and forks😭 but the neighborhood is quite and only a few minutes drive to a supermarket. Found mold in the shower area which is really not ok. 」

「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」

For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco. And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much.」

「第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？」
