「We stayed in Panoramic hotel Plaza for 5 nights.This was a poor choice. Although the location is good which is close to shopping centre but the service and food in hotel were terrible. We have booked two junior suite with one room with two separate beds, they couldnt offer us but ask one of our guest to sleep on soffa bed instead. They have ignored our request in booking.
