「The service was first class. From the minute we arrived, Filipa made us feel as if we were the most important guests in the world. Super helpful, greeting us each morning with bottles of water to start our day, directions, reservations, etc. She and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were well appointed, incredibly clean with large bathrooms for a European hotel. Breakfast was included and everything was made fresh to order. We can't wait to go back!」

「We loved the hotel, it was so welcoming the staff were all friendly and willing to help the breakfast was very good lots of choice. It was very clean and the room was big and airy. The spa was a lovely bonus and the pool was really nice yo use after a day of walking. The hotel is also very central to everything easy walking distance to most things, don't forget to wear flat shoes due to the cobbles and steep hills . Definitely recommend」

「地點很好，我住的房間一開窗戶就是奧古斯塔街 （Arco da Rua Augusta）下午接近傍晚的時候都有一些表演，你可能開窗的時候就可以看得到，感覺蠻愜意，晚餐在地下1樓個人覺得還算還可以。不過單人旅遊晚上的時候要多注意一點，我在那邊附近晚上都遇到有人上來講一些話或搭訕，我是沒理他們就快步走開。」
