「Look no further. This hotel hits the mark in all areas. Wonderful breakfast buffet included with your stay. Room was perfect with a fabulous view of the town and castle on the hill. The highlight however was the staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The main receptionist Ruth went above and beyond for us in dealing with lost luggage an illness and securing restaurant reservations as well as a driver. Book it now before it’s too late. 」

「First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. 「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」
