「Too notch in every regard. I’ve only ever stayed in one place as good as this and paid 3x the price. Staff went above and beyond. Food was superb. Wine tour and tasting were both excellent. Room was beautiful. Bed was comfy and everything about the hotel Is luxurious. The castle and surrounding area ilare exquisite. You just can’t go wrong here. Would recommend a 2 night minimum to benefit from all this place has to offer. 」

「入住的第一印象就很好，櫃檯英文解說速度會刻意放慢讓我們聽懂而不是想草草了事，且有帶我們暸解完整環境設施以及客房位置，停車可停在房間前面(看房型)。周邊環境清幽，風景很好，距離San Gimignano, The Mall和Firenze都不遠。飯店本身有很多TOUR可以預訂，可以先上官網看看有沒有想嘗試的。我們有一晚在飯店用餐，服務生態度很好，餐點美味！沒有缺點，不過要注意入住時間，櫃檯不是24小時的」
