5 star 🌟 Hotel. The location, the condition and the amenities are perfect for 2 peple or for the entire family. The location it's just about 30 minutes from Florance, 45 minutes from Pisa or any city in the Tuscany area.

Good room

It mostly went okay, but asked for two single beds and got a double. Beds a bit hard. Also only one set of towels. Otherwose the room was in great shape and quiet.

Good Hotel and safe location

Hotel is at distance from Florence (Firenze) SMN but there is a direct train from Florence SMN to Empoli (30 mins journey) and then bus with quick 6 mins journey (or walk 20 mins). Preferred walking from Empoli station and passed by some good areas to Hotel. Pros: 1. Hotel is at good location in Empoli. Very safe location. 2. Supermarket is just in front of Hotel. 3. Public park is in front of Hotel. 4. Good cleaning and reception area. 5. Good food service. Cons: Distance from Florence SMN but then there is public transport available in normal hours.

Good stay let down by basics lacking in room

The stay was good, but for a 4 star rated hotel, there was no basics in the room, such water bottles and Tea/Coffee facilities.

Okay for the price

Decent hotel for the price. Friendly staff. Shower wasn’t the best, low water pressure and a slow drain. Room was okay, not the best A/C but it worked. Breakfast was ridiculous. Barely anything to eat except for some pastries and some soggy cheese. The staff didn’t refill bread or anything unless you told them to. You had to go to the bar to get water or something to drink. Very strange setup. Coffee was good tho, the barista made whatever you wanted so that was nice. Cheap practical hotel if you just need somewhere to stay for a night. Don’t pay extra for breakfast, go somewhere else and eat. Wouldn’t recommend to stay more than one night.
