Great location in the Tuscan countryside with great visas of surrounding properties and hilltop towns, restaurant has great food but in my opinion limited selection. Excellent selection of wines and near many if the towns. A car is definitely required for this location.
Enjoyed the picnic basket. Bread would have been good to eat with the burrata and prosciutto. Wine selection was magnificent. Kudos to the staff from breakfast through dinner and afterwards.
This stay was everything we asked for and more. Incredible staff. Beautiful site. Exceptionally curated experience. The highlight for us was wonderful cooking class we took. A close second was the poolside views of the olive orchards and vineyards. Just exceptional.
This place is amazing! The grounds are meticulously maintained. The food for all meals was fresh and tasty.
We enjoyed the wine & EVOO tasting.
If the weather cooperates I fully suggest doing the picnic lunch/dinner in the vineyard with your partner
The staff was very attentive
We loved our time at Salvadonica. The food was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the cooking class. I would love to go back during grape and olive harvesting season. The staff was friendly and very helpful

The grounds and hotel are spectacular, absolutely stunning, better than the photos!! Restaurant is delicious and the staff very friendly, so nice to have a convenient option when you don’t want to drive far for dinner.
One of the finest boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. The hosts, the view, the room, the food they serve, the location is all memorable. The stay was the highlight of our trip to Florence .
Salvadonica has become my new favorite escape... it is truly magical in every way. The vineyards are breathtaking, the amenities are superb (modern pool, restaurant and bar area, reception area, etc) and the rooms are modern and clean and perfect vibe for a much needed decompression trip/escape. The staff area all exceptional and the manager (and grandson of the original founder/owner) was beyond helpful im every way, from the wine tasting education and cellar tour to food and wine selection and beyond). This leg of our journey was magical and I did not want it to end. We will most definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone who is looking for the perfect Tuscany vineyard escape.
Our stay at this hotel in Tuscany was nothing short of extraordinary. Surrounded by rolling vineyards, olive groves, and the picturesque countryside that Tuscany is famous for, the property provided the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and authentic Italian charm. The accommodations were beautifully appointed, combining rustic elegance with modern comforts, while the staff delivered warm, attentive service that made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The on-site dining showcased exceptional regional cuisine paired with outstanding local wines, creating memorable culinary experiences each day. Whether relaxing by the pool, exploring nearby historic villages, or simply taking in the breathtaking scenery, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable Tuscan getaway.
