"The property condition comes across as a bit older with obvious repair work like caulking in the bathroom very clear and the difference in bathroom doors. The rooms had a slight older smell of just the age of the hotel and useage like carpeting. The little sofa couch also comes across as dated and worn and used fabric. The bed was great and was the highlight of the room. Pool and whirlpool were also a highlight. The omelette station was also a huge highlight for us. All staff were priceless especially at Milestones. "

"The staff did a great job making sure the breakfast was well stocked throughout the morning since it was popular. Yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, fruit and fresh waffles! The pool & hot tub were clean. And my room was clean with comfy beds. The staff is very attentive. It’s an easy walk to Clifton Hill & not bad to go the other way towards horseshoe falls. I would definitely stay here again. "

"I booked a double room specifically on floors 10–25 because I have a fear of heights. However, at check-in, I was assigned a room on the 38th floor. When I politely asked to switch to a lower floor, none were available. I then requested a refund since the room did not match what I booked, they said it is not possible and that floor preferences are not guaranteed. This makes no sense—why offer floor selection during booking if it’s not honored? I was even told that if I wanted a lower floor, I would need to change the room type and pay an additional $200, which is completely unreasonable. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The male staff member cut me off repeatedly while I was speaking, and a female staff member (possibly named Yazmin) was smirking beside manager. Neither of them wore name tags, even the manager which is very unprofessional for a hotel. Instead of addressing my concerns, they rushed me aside, saying they needed to help the next guest. There was no apology, no courtesy, and no basic respect. As a paying guest, I have the right to have my requests at least taken seriously. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had."

"Clean and comfortable room. Helpful staff, even though busy. Great view of the falls from hotel room. Parking was $50. Got a free upgrade to higher floor, and late checkout upon request. Able to walk to casino via skybridge. Wish trip was longer. Would definitely stay again!"
