「Staff was kind and efficient at check in. Hotel was clean and a good location for our needs. The view leaves a bit to be desired, but it's a busy city.」

「The staff was very friendly. I forgot an item that I left in my room. The staff member that answered the phone gladly went to the room (the top floor) and recovered it for me so I could pick it up when returning home. 」

Went to wash my face and there was only a trickle of hot water but it wasn’t hot. Ended up washing my face in the tub because I needed HOT WATER! I paid enough for hot water.
