"Just don’t plan on checking in earlier than 4. We had grandkids and they did let us use pool and amenities before we checked in which was nice. But check in is 4. "

"Bug in the restroom. Dirty, stains in the sheets and tub. You could smell sweat in the pillows. "

"The rooms are outdated and dingy. We had hair on our sinks, small dead bugs, and dried urine on the toilet seat. "

"All the motels in Phoenix were running $500 plus a night and they were getting booked up fast. I finally found the Red Roof Inn Plus that had decent reviews and wasn't going to break the bank. I booked a King room. A day later, I found out my granddaughter was coming with us. I messaged the motel and asked if i could get a double bed room or a rollaway bed. They accommodated me immediately with a double bed. After we got to the motel, we found out the next morning that the shower head was broken. We were able to shower but the water wasn't spraying well. We told the front desk and by the time we got back ro the room that evening, the shower was fixed, the room was cleaned and fresh towels were in the room. This motel treated us great. "

"Older motel but freshly updated and clean. Everything worked. decent stay. Breakfast is very basic continental style. "
