"The staff was friendly and professionally we had an issue with the thermostat and they had maintenance there to help us within 5 minutes. The hotel is in a fantastic location with great views. If I go back to Istanbul, I will stay there again. "

"Absolutely amazing experience every time! It is by the one of the safest and most beautiful hotels in Istanbul! The staff goes over and above to do their jobs in the most amazing ways possible! Totally recommend! "

"Room was cramped and not the cleanest. Carpet in the room had dirty spots and the corridor and room had heavy chemical fragrances (used in cleaning and to mask odors). The neighborhood also is a bit grimy although still felt pretty safe. It’s a good hotel for a one night stay especially if you are transiting through the nearby Sogutlucesme station which is a main high speed rail station. "
