「The room was a good size and has a kitchen and clothes washer/dryer. There was no soap to wash the dishes. You can request soap for the clothes washer. We used it and our socks came out with black marks on them. The hotel is close to a huge mall with a grocery store if you need anything. Transportation is close by」

「No elevators. The bathrooms are too small (4.75' x 4.75') with no cloth hanging options when you are in the shower. I reserved a two-twin room, but was given a queen bed instead. One of the staff members (he called himself the manager of the property) was unwilling to help with anything. Denied a second access key to the room when requested.」
