I arrived at the hotel early, around 8:00 a.m., after an overnight flight. The front desk staff kindly allowed me to check in early so I could rest, without any extra charge, which I truly appreciated. The staff’s hospitality was excellent throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed.

Fantastic hotel. Room design and smiling service were just perfect. The breakfast spread was a joy every morning. Seems a bit far from Kadiköy at first, but once you walk it you realise that it is just a 10 minute walk from the fabulous Kadiköy Terminal.

You cannot find anything better nearby!

The Holiday Inn team was very friendly and helpful in the entire 3day stay. They catered to all the requests we had and even more, since I hurt myself in the city trip and couldn’t walk on the first day, they even provided me a wheelchair and icepad for my easier mobility in the hotel! Super hotel and great price-quality! Highly recommended this hotel! Moreover, the restaurant is great for breakfast too! You cannot find anything better nearby.

Stayed for the last two nights in Istanbul. Within 10min walk to Metrobus station heading for Gayrettepe. Good access to the airport though it's located in the Asian side. 20min walk to Kadikoy area. The hotel itself is 'Holliday Inn', everything is good enough but not great. We enjoyed the sray, no complaints.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Great staff, amenities and environment. Happy as always. Only issue which I raised with shared with reception on check out, is the bed in my room. The mattress was an old one, uneven surface. Could not get good sleep. I have a bad back and this didn’t help either.my suggestion to them is get your beds and mattresses checked

Some days the housekeepers forget to clean the room. Or when they clean they don’t check if they have done their job properly. They rarely vacuum the floor or change the sheet on the bed, the hair dryer got damaged we had to report it 4 times or more till they fixed it. Other than that the ppl on the front desk they were so nice and helpful.

Staff are respectful and willing help, kitchen is open so you can see how is the food cooked. My room was premium and there was awkward smell every time I reported I had immediate respond. There was maintenance need on ceiling and TV need upgrading to smart TV at least in premium room and the sound insulation was not the best. Other than these I am happy hotel standards. Alert note be careful with department store called BOYNER as you turn your head around staff add random items bill my was (shoe care )despite I did not purchase shoe and they only gives you bank slip not the receipt.
