「We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too. I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful. The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable....

「こんにちは。日本人です。私達は10月に3泊しました。最初に思ったのは、場所が良かったことです。私達はSabiha Gokcen国際空港から地下鉄に乗り、Kadıköy駅まで乗り換えなしで到着しました。そこからホテルまでは徒歩で15分くらいでした。ホテルは繁華街にあるので、周辺を散策するのが楽しかったです。美味しそうな飲食店がたくさん存在し、スーパーもあったのでお土産用のお菓子を買うことができました。船着場も近いのですぐ乗ることができて、海を渡っていろんな観光地を訪れました。治安も良いです。ホテルはモダンな雰囲気で、とても清潔でした。部屋の中にコンセントが多いのが良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。私はトルコに来て、チーズとオリーブの組み合わせがとても美味しいことを知りました。そして、ホテルのスタッフ全員が親切でいつも笑顔でした。イスタンブール空港までのシャトルバス乗り場も近いので便利です。自分と同じ日本人で宿泊したい方は、トイレの紙は便器の中に流せないので注意してください。コンセントは変換プラグが必要です。」

「Super cool spot overlooking the Bosphorus, modern and new rooms, great location next to cafes and restaurants and also 3 mins from the metro. Best of all, super helpful staff. 5 stars from me. TOP TIP - get a deluxe room on the 3rd floor or higher with Bosphorus views.」
