「Issue as soon as we arrived, they had only reserved one room and not two. Room was full of Damp, and Carpet was wet (had to walk around with shoes on). Loud Music until late hours. Uncomfortable bed, however pillows were lovely. Staff were friendly, however i wouldn't stay here again. Felt unsafe as solo traveller. Resturant was cloaed.」

「I am not sure it is my bad luck or what, my check in date is the football match day, the roads are block, my car cann drive to near by area, the car park is closed, the hotel is in a mess with lots of football fans and bear. i have to stop the car far away to walk to the cashier, and ask for check in. And it is crazy noisy and messy as 99.99% are football fans there just after a match. The fans are NOT friendy seeing i am not wear the home football tee like them. I asked the staff when do...

「This unfortunately is not a luxury apartment at all. Whilst it is spacious the apartment needs a much needed makeover, walls are all marked, damp patches in bathroom with plaster coming off the walls. Basic furniture throughout, just a double bed in bedroom that could take a larger bed it could also benefit from a tv and side lamps and perhaps a dressing table. Bathroom with no bin, toilet roll or towel holder, leaking shower hose and dirty in places, especially the damp on the walls. Broken lid...

「There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden 」

「I was not able to stay in this place, they had not sent me the code to access by the check in time. As such I had to pay for alternative accommodation. Do not stay here. Hotels.com should remove this place. They gave a number to call but the phone was off. 」
