"Very clean room but a little dated, bed was really uncomfortbale and the noise in the communal areas was very loud people walking past my room. But this all said for the money ot was great value "

"Absolutely great stay… called after booking to ask about check in as we were at an event in town and would be there before check in and maybe late back… could not fault the response from Brian and his team… absolutely superb service. Rooms are functional and represented excellent value for money. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely. If you are after a no frills excellent value for money stay with friendly landlord then you won’t go far wrong. "
