「Clean room, great dinner and breakfast」

「Everything was nice except when dinner came it was terrible. If I visit again I will not eat there.」

「The lady at the front desk was totally incompetent and had no idea what she was doing both at check-in and checkout. No third floor rooms available secondary to water leaking issues from Rain. No hair conditioner in shower. Shower, dirty, and grimy. Nasty stains on bedspread.」

「I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. I even took a picture of one as proof. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bed, a small table for a desk, and...

「Comfort Inn was EXCELLENT! Very clean, no stale cigarette smell, friendly staff. I was very happy staying there. One thing to note is that I would have paid the same price booking direct. I booked three nights using Expedia, but finished my business after two nights. If I had booked directly with Comfort Inn I would have only paid for two nights. Because I booked with with Expedia however, I wound up paying for three nights even though I only stayed two nights.」
