「We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. The room was tidy at the first glance. They got welcome drinks. Good view from the windows, as it is very close to the art and science museum. Close to the supermarket. You could fill up water from the corridor to stay hydrate. This hotel is next to the mall, you could dine in from the restaurants there. Here are some of the cons of staying in this hotel: The toilet had some kind of smell from the pipe. For the housekeeping, the cleaners needed to have...

「Bon hôtel dans l'ensemble. Emplacement idéal pour la cité des sciences. Personnels aux petits soins.」

「Staffs are ok and breakfast is great, but the most problematic issue is shower head was broken and hot water is inconsistency in pressure.」

「舒適」

It is unbelievable, room 205 and 206 are seperated by a single door! I could hear the person in the room 205 having shower, flushing the water or even turning on/off the light. 「Very good hotel, except the location is not good.」

「隔音不太好，隔壁房的動作聽得很清楚，房門不太好關，需要很大力才能關上，所以很吵」

「Nice hotel with good services😊 the staffs are very nice and helpful. The location is very convenient」

「房間非常舒服也很安靜，設備很齊全，Wifi很順暢，附近就是Xativa地鐵站所以交通很便利，想逛街購物或是找餐廳吃飯也有很多選擇，晚上外面的景色很美!!!!!」

「In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria, all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm. It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.」

「方便、干净，早餐也不错」

「Wonderful service, great location and great hotel.」
