「The hotel had only been open a week so there were a few things not finished or working. However, the staff did everything to sort out problems, were always friendly and approachable. Inparticular loved the roof top bar with its wonderful view of the city, cocktails were also excellent. Will definately recommend and be back ourselves.」

「I highly recommend these accommodations! Everything was exactly as expected, except better! The location is wonderful, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. But what really makes this property is the staff. This was my first time in Europe and thanks to a hearing loss I don’t speak any Spanish. My luggage didn’t arrive with me at the airport so I was in need of toiletries. Not only did the front desk person explain to me where I could go within walking distance he walked me halfway...

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla senza usufruire della colazione che costa 10 euro/pp. Essendo una struttura nel centro della città ha il vantaggio di avere negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni turistiche vicinissimi ma lo svantaggio di essere raggiungibile a piedi o in taxi. L'unica nota di demerito è nella pulizia della stanza che un giorno è stata saltata perché in quel momento ancora non eravamo usciti. Per il resto è stato un buon soggiorno.」

「Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable」
