「The hotel had only been open a week so there were a few things not finished or working. However, the staff did everything to sort out problems, were always friendly and approachable. 「I highly recommend these accommodations! Everything was exactly as expected, except better! The location is wonderful, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. But what really makes this property is the staff. This was my first time in Europe and thanks to a hearing loss I don’t speak any Spanish. My luggage didn’t arrive with me at the airport so I was in need of toiletries. Not only did the front desk person explain to me where I could go within walking distance he walked me halfway...

「Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable」
