「Hotel staffs Selman and the team are very nice and helpful, the Cappadocia tour they arranged for us made the trip more easy and safe to do so. The hotel is at a walking distance to the main attractions too. It’s a Lovely stay at Istanbul.」

「Nice view of the Marmara Sea and the room has a private balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. Room is big and comfortable. Staffs are helpful and friendly, and they can even call my name even i haven't show my ID when I arrived! Location is convenient, close to the Blue Mosque and tram station, while staying away from the noise. By the way, the lcoal Turkish restaurant at the corner has lovely food (a restaurant with a yellowish banner, dont remember the name though)!」

「We really liked the hotel. The welcome we got was wonderful, we were able to check in early and got helpful info and a drink and snack. We had a family joining room, which worked well for me, my husband and adult daughter. The location was excellent, with great spots for eating out. The locale fruit shop was amazing too, as was the wine/beer shop. Very highly recommend the Imagine.」

「The staffs are racists and not friendly. They don’t have proper training of dealing with guest. They moved out my staff from my room in my absence. Rooms are narrow and noisy. No charging socket for IPhone. Lifts services are horrible. The manager of the hotel tried to be nice but end of the day the entire system is inefficient and full of poor service. I don’t recommend it.」

「Room looks very big in picture but in reality very small and tiny. Bathroom is so tiny that you can't even shower properly, very narrow and small. Host was very polite and nice. No hot water either. Bathroom was not properly cleaned.」

「The address didn't match with the name, in fact there is no hotel room at the mentioned address. So I didn't stay there and lost my money because of non refundable policy. The app didn't give much time to research the hotel we were booking for and closed the reserved rooms prompting that no rooms were available . Since ,I missed opportunities, I had to proceed with the payment before researching the hotel. 」
