「住宿環境理想，職員服務熱情友善，早餐豐富美味。」

「Hotel staffs Selman and the team are very nice and helpful, the Cappadocia tour they arranged for us made the trip more easy and safe to do so. The hotel is at a walking distance to the main attractions too. It’s a Lovely stay at Istanbul.」

「Nice view of the Marmara Sea and the room has a private balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. Room is big and comfortable. Staffs are helpful and friendly, and they can even call my name even i haven't show my ID when I arrived! Location is convenient, close to the Blue Mosque and tram station, while staying away from the noise. By the way, the lcoal Turkish restaurant at the corner has lovely food (a restaurant with a yellowish banner, dont remember the name though)!」

「Shout out to the lovely ladies at the front desk Madina and Sumayar. They were very friendly and helpful. Overall hotel located in a convenient location, rooms are clean. The only downside was absence of ventilation in the bathroom except for the window. The air conditioning controlled by front desk and you need to call to turn it on. We found the little courtyard very useful.」

「Staff were friendly, rooms was cleaned everyday. Great location too, close to Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque and The Grand Bazaar. The tram stations are around a 5 minute walk. A great location, but be ready for the steep walks!」

「Clean room, helpful staff . Good breakfast」

「The location is great. It’s one block from the Main Street and çemberlitaş tram station is right there which is perfect. To get to the hotel once the taxi drops you off you have a bit of a hill to climb but for your daily outings there’s only one block of hill so it’s manageable. The hotel itself is very small but it serves its purpose. Don’t expect modern state of the art facilities. The room was a decent size and the bathroom on the smaller size. The major down side of the room is that the...

「We are impressed with the people who are working at this place - extremely kind, helpful 」

「Fine」

「A scruffy, dusty and noisy hotel on a steep hill. Soundproofing is advertised but there is none: Noise was absolutely unbearable from the street and from other rooms, you could literally hear every word. Street is tight with round the clock honking of vehicles trying to get uphill in low gear. Upon our arrival, the bathroom was in a state of disrepair: Toilet wouldn't flush and wasn't properly attached, shower broken with barely any pressure, shelves loose. We notified the staff right away, who...

「Okay place for the cost. Beware, we were assigned a terrible room that in no way matched the description or pictures. After considerable effort, a reasonable room was assigned.」
