「Room I was given was visible tired but when looking closer it was clear that the cleaning was not completed to a standard I would expect. Walls were full of holes and wall plugs, bathroom accessories were broken and to top it off no hot water in the morning. Personally I will not be staying here again.」

「I was in a bedroom at the front, single glazed sliding sash window that would not close. Night 1 I was awoken with shouts of “I want to die!” at 5-30 am.
