Wouldn’t hesitate to go again and with it being next door to a pub/restaurant (albeit you cannot hear anything), make the rooms ideal for any traveller wanting a goood nights sleep and food.

Amazing bed, lovely room, great place!

The location was great, was out the way so a nice change, but still close enough to various amenities local. The room was cozy and clean. The bed was amazingly comfy! Had the best nights sleep! Will definitely be staying here again, cant wait for my next trip!

Wedding weekend

We had the most amazing weekend ! Room was very clean and comfortable - great facilities and very convenient for the wedding we were attending at kelham hall. So glad we chose this option to stay at ! Thank you James for a wonderful nights sleep after a very long day ! Great pub next door too !!

Great pre use contact by owners with directions and instructions for when we arrived. Rooms were good size and location and as good for the wedding event we were at. would use this venue again if was in the area.
