We booked a compact room and were expecting it to be tiny but it was much bigger than we thought, and the bathroom was about the same size as any other hotel. "Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood "

"Lovely hotel in ideal location. Lovely staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We loved the facilities a lot - nice sauna and swimming pool, lovely gym. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We'll be returning!"
