「Sobre todo la amabilidad del personal」

「The facility was clean and nice」

「For the price bracket, this was about as good as we could have hoped for a family break. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, the hotel was about the cleanest that I have seen in Egypt and the quality of the food was excellent, considering the buffet arrangements. Variety and quality of the alcoholic drinks was limited, but no more than to be expected from an all inclusive of this nature in Egypt, so hardly any real criticism. 」

「The staff was excellent Very helpful, friendly, cheerful and very welcoming Food was very good Will come back to this hotel .」

「Breakfast if off site」

「Grounds were really pretty and they and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were unfailingly helpful. Breakfast buffet was vast and good quality. We found the pools slightly disappointing as they were all in total shade by 4 and closed by 5pm (October). But otherwise very nice.」
