「I flew from USA to spend a vacation time with my wife and my 15 months old daughter at Mövenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna and when I came to the hotel, the standard of the room provided doesn't meet any 5-star hotel expectations at all. The room is very poorly furnished. The furniture is very old and rotten. It's not clean. It doesn't have any soap or kits at the restroom vanity. The vanity is only single sink with poor broken wooden base. The AC is not properly working as it freezes you up with...

「整個酒店200間房看來只有5至10間是出租..我門口的走廊的燈是未完成..令整條酒廊都很暗很不安！出租圖中有煮食爐但沒提供..到大堂詢問..整天只是回答你「處理中」..但毫無改善.. 我間房是在盡頭..加上沒燈在走廊..左右房間均沒住客..要求轉房..但他們每次都是回答「我會幫助你轉房」..但我入住了4天！足足4天！根本沒改變！」

「Lovely room, staff are very attentive, aqua park was great fun. Only thing we'd like improving is the entertainment team. This hotel is recommended for families and couples. However entertainment was purely for children. Also any events happening outside the hotel weren't clearly announced.. 」

「This is a very nice resort right on a beautiful beach in Hurghada. The food was good, nothing expectacular, but good. The alcohol is quite basic, limited to one brand of red wine, one for white wine and one for beer. I don't drink cocktails, but people seem to like them.」

「Le 1er soir, j'ai du changer de chambre à 1h du matin à cause d'autres personnes qui étaient saoules et qui criaient. Au bout de 4 jours, j'ai dû demander à ce qu'ils changent les draps, alors qu'ils disent que c'est fait au quotidien. Enfin, la nourriture était affreuse. Comme il y a à 90% des russes, polonais etc., c'est principalement leur nourriture qui est proposé. Et pour le thé de l'après-midi, il y a du boeuf, pizzas, mais aucun fruits ni biscuits secs」
