We had to change our room 4 times in the first night. First time, AC was not working, then inspects and mosquitoes in the second room, then a rotten smell in the third room. Finally, the 4th room was ok. This is not to eb expected at such a hotel with such ratings and pricing after an 11 hour flight.

The accommodations were exceptional, featuring spacious, modern, and technologically advanced rooms with stunning views, all impeccably clean and quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable. Be advised that the exceptional, abundant, and high-quality food options may contribute to weight gain. I plan to return for my next vacation; this resort has set a new standard of excellence that I am unwilling to compromise.
