「The property was clean & comfortable」

「When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. I insisted several times, asking them to honor the booking as it was on Expedia, but we had to pay for breakfast. We felt scammed and robbed. So, before booking with this hotel, make sure to be prepared for the "surprises" such as...

「I have got very good experience living in this property. Apartment is clean, staff is nice so you can always to get in touch, pool right next to the hous and near the beach. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for affordable price.」

「Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. Une fois dans la chambre, la mauvaise surprise a continué : l’eau était coupée, le lavabo n’était même pas correctement fixé et bougeait à chaque utilisation.
