Es gibt Renovierungsbedarf (Schönheitsreparaturen) insbesondere in den Bädern der Zimmer, das hat uns allerdings nicht gestört, da alles vollkommen in Ordnung und problemlos nutzbar war. 「Jag är så nöjd med min vistelse, har varit på andra resort i hurghada men här var servicen på annan nivå! De är verkligen mån om dig som gäst, ser till att du har det bra och möter dig vid dina behov. Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till , nära butiker/bazar och kort taxi resa till senzo mall etc Maten på restaurangerna man kunde boka på var jätte goda!! A la carte bör alla reserva på särkilt asiatiska(!!!) och grekiska wow! I övrigt, fint hotell, bra pooler, bra privat strand, bra underhållning!...

「Très beau resort, accueil chaleureux. L'hotel est clean, il y a du choix au buffet. Les équipes sont très serviables et font tout pour vous accompagner tout au long de votre séjour. L'hôtel est un peu excentré mais c'est pas bien dérangeant car lorsque vous réservez vos activités, le transport A/R à l'hôtel est compris dedans. Pour vos déplacements en centre-ville vous trouverez toujours un taxi (Uber, InDrive ou taxi à la réception).」

「The day of late arrived in Hurghada and late check-in the hotel, but the recepetion cannot find out the booking reference number from Hotels.com, and my mom and me were exhausted at lobby for around 1 hours waiting. After the long time of waiting, reception still cannnot track my booking data, but finally accepted me to live. However, I cannot believe the room do not equipped hot water shower , my mom travelled for 24 hours from the long distanced of Taiwan, and the frist nightof stay cannot...

「Kareim was very attentive to our needs and the apartment building is new and to high specifications, just as advertised. I had to move here, after spending one night at another location. That was a great disappointment. I would only suggest one thing that the shower unit needs to have a bath mat for when you come out the shower. Or squeegee be provided so one can can mop the water off the floor, as water still gets outside the shower when you are showering even though the door is closed.」
