Fantastic hotel and resort. Everything kept spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. A great variety of pools suited to adults and families alike. Easy access to the beach through very pleasant grounds of neighbouring hotel. Highly recommended.

Overall very happy with our stay. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good food and drink throughout and lived the water slides. One downside is the lifts to move between floors are a little small which can bring delays at times.

Anlage sher gut ,essen wie überall in Ägypten kein europäischen Standard . Angestellte freundlich aber jeder möchte am besten sogar fürs atmen Trinkgeld haben ,läden die in der Anlage vorhanden sind alle sehr aufdränglich ,Preise werden per Nasenfaktor gehandelt ,bsp 45 € angefangen versucht nach ,5 Minuten auf 25€ runter gegangen für ein Artikel der bei Amazon 10€ kostet

Das Zimmer war nicht ausreichend sauber. Bereits ab dem ersten Aufenthaltstag mussten wir mehrfach um frische Handtücher bitten, da diese nicht automatisch gewechselt wurden. Der allgemeine Reinigungsstandard war deutlich unter dem, was bei einer All-Inclusive-Leistung zu erwarten ist. Trotz freundlichem Personal wurde das Zimmer täglich nur unzureichend geputzt. Am vierten Tag baten wir schließlich um einen Zimmerwechsel, da das ursprüngliche Zimmer direkt an der Straße lag und es dadurch nahezu unmöglich war zu schlafen. Auffällig war außerdem, dass uns das Personal täglich verschiedene Angebote, wie z. B. Weine oder Reservierungen in den Themenrestaurants, unterbreiten wollte, die zusätzlich kostenpflichtig waren, obwohl wir All-Inclusive gebucht hatten. Bei einer Ablehnung reagierten einige Mitarbeiter unfreundlich, was den Gesamteindruck zusätzlich negativ beeinflusst hat.

Lovely, clean hotel with great facilities. Convenient for the airport and a short walk to the beach at the Aldau. The staff are excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable. Away from the hotel complex I wouldn't feel particularly safe to venture out as a lone female at certain times but felt fine going for a run in the mornings.

Que ça soit sur l’hôtel, la chambre ou le personnel y’a absolument rien à dire. L’hôtel est grand beau et propre ! Nous avons réserver la chambre lune de miel, elle est très grande avec un grand balcon. Le personnel de l’hôtel et de la plage est toujours souriant, accueillant, aux petits soins et disponible. À notre grande surprise la nourriture n’était pas mauvaise contrairement à ce qu’on a pu entendre avant notre séjour mais assez répétitif pour notre part. Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour de deux semaines dans cet hôtel et franchement je vous le conseil les yeux fermés c’est une valeur sur. Je souhaite une bonne continuation au steigenberger aqua Magic et pleins de bonnes choses pour la suite.

My experience

The hotel is excellent for families but not recommended for couples at all , very busy, children , I choose a honey moon room but unfortunately it was like others room no privacy no quiet atmosphere, loud everywhere especially in the aqua park.

Highly disappointing!!!!!!!

Highly disappointed!! room had an unbearable stench - from bathroom drain??? no available chairs at the poolside/water slides Food and beverage was of a very poor quality and meal times was like being in a hostel!!!! wifi was very poor and only 2 devices allowed to connect per room It is such a shame to note that the local nationals/Egyptian guests are treated badly by your staff!! - Please note that all guests are paying guests and should NOT be treated any differently!!!!!!!!!! Previously stayed at Steingenberger El Gouna which was satisfactory

staff inrestaurant was terrible.

1. 일단 유럽의 휴가기간(여름)은 피하는게 좋을듯함. 레스토랑에서 이집션 갸르송에게 무시당함..어이상실..ㅡㅡ;; (리셉션이나 다른 직원들은 친절했었는데 유난히 레스토랑 갸르송들이 유럽인 우대..ㅡ.,ㅡ) 동양인은 호텔을 통틀어 우리일행뿐..이집션일행도 거의 없었고..독일에 온줄 알았음. Staff in restaurant need to be strengten employee training. Very rude.. 2. 식사의 단조로움.. 3. 호텔시설이나 수영장등은 괜찮았었음. 단, 호텔이 오래되어서 그런지 화장실에서 소독약냄새가 심했음.
