4/5 - Good
Gouna is a great place I didn't want to leave but the hotel cleanness was terrible

Great location, all the staff were really lovey. Food was fabulous. Would come back again. We had a misunderstanding with couple of the independent businesses onsite, and I was impressed that the hotel advocated for us and solved the problem for us. I felt super safe. Thank you. El Gouna is my new ...

This was genuinely one of the finest hotel stays we’ve experienced. From arrival to departure, every aspect exceeded expectations. The location is absolutely ideal—perfectly positioned to access everything El Gouna has to offer. The resort itself delivers everything you’d expect from a premium five-star ...

Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. Went for kiting but only got a few days wind. Was great the two days but had to pay $13 per day to use the beach. Not sure this is normal but seems a bit much to me. The city itself was full of restaurants with good, reasonably priced food.
Nice upscale place for the elites
Le garage burgers are amazing as well as saygion the vietmaese restaurant
The streets especially around the downtown in bad condition
I love El Gouna.
