Unreal stay - the property is a modern high end oasis with everything you need at your finger tips. We personally loved their app where you could truly ask, book, or see anything the property had to offer for you. We are truly dying to go back already!

We thoroughly enjoyed a 2 week honeymoon at Casa Cook El Gouna on ‘half board’. There was a big variety of food to choose from each day and the restaurant chefs & waiters went above and beyond to cater to your needs. The staff in general were accommodating from the moment of arrival until our check out. The resort includes various optional/complimentary experiences week to week, which really adds something special to your stay. The spa area is very relaxing and we really enjoyed having massages. The resort itself is located in the private area of El Gouna, which is its own little exclusive paradise, in the middle of many beautiful lagoons, pretty harbours and other resorts. Our only downside was that renovations were being made to the front beach pool area and the gym during our stay, which meant we couldn’t use these facilities - a discount or compensation of some kind should have been offered if the full resort experience was not going to be possible. Other than this, we loved our experience and would love to return in future.

During our stay, we encountered several unnecessary inconveniences primarily due to the poor staff. We often felt neglected and forgotten. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our time in the city. However, we didn’t spend much time at the hotel because everything there was ridiculously expensive and overrated. It was just there for the photos, to be honest. The beach wasn’t the best, and the food quality was extremely poor, especially breakfast. Be prepared to pay a lot of money if you want to grab dinner there.
