「Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience 」

「El apartamento es excelente! Tiene una decoración muy bonita y el ambiente es muy agradable. Esta muy bien dotado, nos alojamos 6 personas adultas y no nos hizo falta nada. Las camas muy cómodas, los baños muy amplios y muy fácil el ingreso al edificio y el uso del parqueadero. 」

「This hotel is very close from the Metro, and its nearby Shopping Costanera Center. The hotel itself is kinda old, but inside is very clean, since its old, the elevator is very small and have to wait longer time, but beside that the room is very good and clean. The one I didn't like was the breakfast, the egg was cold, the table was a mess, no one was there to help me clean the table.」
